Princeton Landing

Princeton Landing is an upscale community of 600 single family, townhouse and condominiums organized into 12 parcels. It is located on 94 heavily wooded and landscaped acres in Plainsboro Township (Princeton mailing address) near the Princeton Junction train station, midway between New York and Philadelphia and just an hour from the Jersey shore. Most of the housing is California contemporary with stained cedar siding and stucco exteriors. The Smith House serves as the clubhouse for the community with facilities for meetings, exercise and private social gatherings. There are two swimming pools, four tennis courts, a basketball half-court, a handball wall, a playground and many walkways throughout the community.

The Forrestal Village Community Services Association (FVCSA) governs the community through a seven-member Board of Directors. It provides for insurance, exterior repairs and maintenance, landscaping, trash collections, snow removal and other services. A parcel committee conducts business for each of the 12 parcels. Owners and residents of all units are members of the FVCSA and have equal voting rights. The Covenants, Landscape, Social and other committees foster a strong sense of community.
