Princeton Landing Living
A Home Owners Association (HOA)

Princeton Landing (PL) is a uniquely beautiful community of 600 condominium homes arrayed on cul-de-sacs off the Sayre Drive circle.  We have thousands of mature trees and beautiful landscaping throughout our community.  Although we legally are in the town of Plainsboro we have a Princeton address (Princeton, NJ 08540).  Our children attend the very highly rated Plainsboro/West Windsor school system.

PL provides home owners with the benefits of single family home ownership without the headaches.  Our professional management team takes complete responsibility for maintaining our beautiful grounds and the exteriors of our homes.  We have many large open fields enjoyed by our dogs and their owners as well as the wildlife that live in the woods surrounding us.

We are located just ten minutes north of Princeton center. You can access PL from the north or south from Route #1 and be home in five minutes! Our Sayre Drive loop road is exactly one mile in length and is a favorite path for walking and biking.

Shopping is excellent and nearby.  We have many supermarkets within 3 miles, and almost every type of store you can imagine within 5 miles.  We are also just 5 miles from the Princeton Junction train station which provides express train service to both Manhattan and Philadelphia.

Princeton University is less than three miles from us in the town of Princeton.  People come from all over on weekends to walk our beautiful town and university campus.  You can rent a canoe and paddle on the canal along Lake Carnegie.  This canal and its foot paths are a part of the Delaware and Raritan State Park.

Princeton University theaters provide top notch concerts, dance, plays and other entertainment by world-famous artists at less than NYC ticket prices.  Our retired residents are invited to audit Princeton University classes at no charge.

Our recreational facilities include two swimming pools, 4 tennis courts, a half-count for basketball and backboards for practicing your tennis strokes.  The Smith House at 400 Sayre Drive is our clubhouse. It includes an exercise room, meeting rooms and a back terrace for weddings and other affairs.  We have an active volunteer social committee which sponsors many community-wide gatherings.

Overall community direction is provided by our Board of Directors, elected annually on a staggered basis by home owners and tenants. The community is organized in 12 parcels, each with its own elected parcel committee which provides advice and recommendations to the Board. The Policy Resolutions which govern living in Princeton Landing are posted on our website under Governing Docs. Visit our website – www.princetonlanding.org - to learn more about our unique community.
